Mom's family can come and go anytime we want, so we see the facility and Mom in different modes depending on the time of day. The staff assists us any way they can; whether it is bringing Mom's tray to an area where we can eat with her or taking her to the bathroom. Mom has Alzheimers so she doesn't always want to participate in activities, but she still has contact with other residents. Activities include everything from church services to happy hour to crafts. The Dining Room is similar to home dining; tablecloths, "real" napkins, etc.

Our friendly, skilled staff is always there to fill the gap while a caretaker takes care of themselves. My dad was there for rehab after breaking his femur and I don’t have one good thing to say about this place. One time when he was done in the bathroom and pulled the string, it took them over an hour to come and help him. He’s timed them since, and it’s NEVER been less than 30 mins for anyone to come.
